10/17/2018 - Rover Gas Quality Issues Update #1 Notice of Force Majeure

 

This is to notify all contracted parties of Rover Pipeline ("Rover") that pursuant to Section 19 of the General Terms and Conditions of Rover's FERC Gas Tariff, Rover has declared a Force Majeure event due to equipment failure on the Rover system, requiring a flow reduction to 0 MDth/d at the Vector-FIN Interconnect (Location #70013).

 

The Force Majeure declaration during the outage will apply to services flowing to the meter(s) listed below. The reservation charge crediting mechanism outlined in Section 25.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Rover's FERC Gas Tariff shall apply to this outage.

 

Effective Gas Day October 17, 2018, until further notice, nominations to the following delivery locations will be reduced to 0 MDth/d:
