This release of capacity is effective through
the end of the day on the End Date reflected
in this offer (Primary Term), and shall continue
on a year to year basis, unless terminated by
either Transporter or Replacement Shipper with
one hundred eighty (180) days written notice
prior to the end of the primary term or any
extended term thereafter.
The Replacement Shipper shall pay the award
reservation rate specified in the award contract
each month based on the Dth of contract demand.
Transporter's maximum tariff rate changes may
also affect the reservation rate to the extent
an award reservation rate is intended to be
equal to the maximum tariff rate.
