February 16, 2026 To: All Transwestern Pipeline Customers Subject: Bloomfield Compressor Station - Located on the San Juan Lateral. Reason: ESD/Safety device testing. Annual maintenance on Units 1 thru 5. Relief & OPP valve testing. Sub-station maintenance. Gas Day May 5th thru May 9th, 2026 (5 days) Bloomfield Capacity will be reduced from 1,610,000 MMBtu/dto 1,100,000 MMBtu/d. Based on current scheduled volumes through the Bloomfield Station (Blanco Hub), this maintenance may not impact any scheduled volumes during this timeframe. With the exception of Harvest Valverde, please see note below. Gas Day May 10th, 2026 Bloomfield Capacity will increase from 1,100,000 MMBtu/d to its original capacity of 1,610,000 MMBtu/d. Interconnects potentially affected: POI 56423 - Harvest Valverde (Zero flow for all 5 days - 5/5 thru 5/9).
