To: All Transwestern Pipeline Customers.

Subject: Mainline Thoreau West System Capacity.

Reason: Transwestern will be performing its Semi-Annual Turbine Maintenance at Station 2 (Flagstaff, AZ) & Station 3 (Leupp, AZ). This will impact the Mainline Thoreau West System Capacity.

Gas Day March 3rd thru March 6th, 2026 (4 Days)

Mainline Thoreau West System capacity will be reduced from 1,240,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 1,100,000 MMBtu/d.

Based on expected scheduled volumes on the Mainline Thoreau West System, this maintenance maynot impact any scheduled volumes during this timeframe.

Gas Day March 7th, 2026

Mainline Thoreau West System capacity will increase from 1,100,000 MMBtu/d to the original capacity of 1,240,000 MMBtu/d.
