Subject: Force Majeure - Station 8 Compressor Station (Corona, NM).

Reason: Station 8 has experienced a mechanical failure.

This Force Majeure event will affect receipt volumes from the West Texas & Panhandle Laterals flowing West through Station 9 (Roswell, NM).

Gas Day August 18th (Evening Cycle) , 2026

Total capacity for Station 9 receipt volumes(West flow) will be reduced from 750,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 600,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day August 20th, 2026

Total capacity for Station 9 receipt volumes (West flow) will increase from 600,000 MMBtu/d to 750,000 MMBtu/d.
